Fremont School District has current openings for instructional paraprofessional for the upcoming school year in classrooms across the district beginning in August.
Current openings are at Ashton Elementary, Henry's Fork Elementary, South Fremont Junior High, and North Fremont Jr/Sr High.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, ~27 hours per week.
Starting hourly rate: $13.50.

NEW WEBSITE FOR BOARD INFORMATION (7/2/2024). The District is using a new tool for managing meeting agendas and the District Policy Manual. The Bauer Cup Scholarship Fine Arts program will be held Monday, April 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the South Fremont Junior High School auditorium. Students participating in the fine arts portion of the competition will have their works displayed in the foyer at the Junior High school at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to come at that time and view their pieces.14 students will be competing for $15,000.00 in prize money. The event is free and all are welcome to attend.

NATIONAL CHILD ID PROGRAM. The schools have received a limited supply of National Child ID Program kits. These kits are free to parents/guardians. Each kit contains an inkless fingerprint kit, a medical info section, a DNS section, and an applicator to help collect personal information for your child. These documents are to be stored at home by the parents/guardians to be used in an emergency. If ever needed, you can provide this information to authorities to help reunite a missing child with your family. Contact your local school to request a kit.
SENDING HFE STUDENTS HOME (3/26/2024). A cell phone caught on fire in a classroom causing smoke and fumes in the 4th/5th grade hallway. We evacuated students to other locations. School will be dismissed and buses will run at 11:45 for HFE students only, so we can air out and clean the school.

K-5 LITERACY ADOPTION MATERIALS REVIEW. On Friday, March 22, 2024, we will be hosting a review meeting for all parents and teachers to review the available curriculum resources for teaching literacy in grades K-5. The review will be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in Henry's Fork Elementary in St. Anthony. Come and see some of the tools available to help our teachers teach literacy skills including reading, writing, phonics, spelling, and handwriting.
Fremont Joint School District 215 will conduct its annual Kindergarten Screenings from March 25th through March 28th, 2024.
All kindergarten-age students enrolling for the 2024-25 school year are required to register for and attend this universal screening. Students entering kindergarten who are currently enrolled in our preschool programs and receiving special education services WILL NOT need to participate in the screening.
Please contact the secretary of your enrolling school to register your child for the screening on or before Thursday, March 21st.

NORTH SCHOOLS CLOSED (3/6/24). Due to road closures we are unable to get the north buses out this morning. We are closing North Fremont JH/HS and Ashton Elementary today (Wed, March 6). Schools on the south end of the district will still be in session.
FREMONT 215 SCHOOLS CLOSED (3/5/24). Due to road closures and more snow and wind in the immediate forecast, ALL Fremont County School District #215 schools will be closed today (Tuesday, March 5).
SENDING NORTH FREMONT & ASHTON STUDENTS HOME (3/4/24). Due to road conditions and visibility, we are sending the Ashton area buses home early. They will load at Ashton Elem. at 2:50. North Fremont will release at 3:00. Parents, do NOT block bus lanes if you come to pick up your students. Wait for the buses to leave.
SENDING NORTH FREMONT & ASHTON STUDENTS HOME (2/26/24). We have been informed that HWY 32 is closing due to road conditions and visibility. Other roads are also becoming difficult. We are sending the Ashton area buses home early. They will load at Ashton Elem. at 2:30. North Fremont will release at 2:45. Be safe!
